Catherine is a mother of 2 children. She works full-time and goes to school full-time. The MSFCP helped her create a budget and start a savings account.

Pursuing a degree in Human Services, Millibel joined MSFCP with clear financial ambitions. Upon completing the MSFCP, she achieved significant milestones.

Prior to joining MSFCP, Michael did not have an ID or a bank account. His MSFCP coach helped him open a no fee account and he is on the road to financial wellness.

Yuliya enrolled at Renton Technical College to learn to speak English. New to the U.S. from Kazakhstan, she is a single mom, holds a bachelor’s degree in art from Kazakhstan, is fluent in Ukrainian, and needed a job to pay her expenses.

Shamika is a hard working student majoring in Health Studies with the goal of getting into the Nursing Program. Her short term goals are to become financially responsible and to learn to spend less and save more.

Before joining MSFCP, Riley had no personal finance knowledge and did not know the difference between good debt and bad debt. He now has good debt – a car loan which gives him transportation to and from college.

Linda was very nervous about trying to discuss her financial situation. She worked with her coach to build a budget and to start to feel confident about financial skills and becoming financially stable.
